Attention Customers:
We want to inform you that, effective April 1st, 2025, Joseph City Utilities will be implementing an increase in sewer and trash rates. This change is necessary due to factors beyond our control, including rising operational costs and external economic influences. While we understand that rate increases can be frustrating, please know that this decision was not made lightly.

​Joseph City Utilities now has an automated phone payment system.  Please call 1-855-939-2635 to pay by phone and if at any time you need to speak to the office please press * and you will be directly connected to the office staff.

​Board Meetings

The upcoming Board Meeting will be held on,  April 29 at 6:00pm.  All Board meeting agendas are posted 24 hours prior to the meeting at our office, 4504 1st North Ave, and the Post Office, 4592 Main St.
